Yes, bookings are essential. We are quite flexible and always do our best to accommodate clients.
As salon policy, ALL bookings of 60+ minutes will require a 20% booking deposit.
Any group bookings will require a deposit of $50 per person.
This is necessary for all online bookings
Please let us know at time of booking if you are redeeming a Gift Voucher
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a consultation form before your treatment and relax with one of our herbal teas.
If for any reason you arrive past your appointment start time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking due to your lateness.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment.
To help you with this we will send you a complimentary SMS 24 hours prior.
A friend or family member may take your booking, or we kindly request 24hours notice cancellation so we can fill your booking with someone on our wait list.
If you do not provide us with 24 hours’ notice, or fail to turn up to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
You may be required to pay a booking fee to secure any future appointments.
We cannot accept messages left on social media, text reply or via email as this is not monitored out of salon hours.
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice should you need to change or cancel a booking.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee
